We have experience in producing thermoplastic resins and thermosetting resins.

Our molding machines wide range from 30t to 3500t.

Insert Molding・Outsert

 

Many parts are delivered to customers after inserts are press-fitted after molding.

Insert molding is also available, and we will consider the most appropriate method.

Automatic Assembly Machine

 

By introducing automatic assembly machines, we are able to reduce manpower, cost reductions, increased production capacity, and stable quality.

We not only mold, but also assemble and deliver the products to our customers.

We are working to achieve zero missing items by incorporating camera and sensor inspections.

Ultrasonic Welding Machine

 

Ultrasonic welding, which uses ultrasonic vibrations to melt and join materials, is performed at our own factory.

It is characterized by its ability to achieve strong bonding in a short time without the use of adhesives.

Clean Booth

 

We will install a clean booth in 2024 and are actively working in the medical equipment field.
