■ Initiatives to promote women's participation in the workforce

 

Our company has been certified as a "Toyama Women's Empowerment Company" since fiscal year 2023 and continues to be so.
"Toyama Women's Active Company" is a system in which the prefecture certifies companies in the prefecture where women are active, with the aim of realizing corporate growth and well-being (true happiness).

① Reduction of long working hours
 We are managing overtime hours by graphing the hours of overtime work of employees in each department, thoroughly managing attendance,
reviewing work operations, and promoting efficiency, with the goal of not exceeding 42 hours per month.

② Increasing the rate at which employees take paid leave
 To improve work-life balance, we have created an environment where employees can take appropriate rest, such as by providing half-days of paid leave.
We strive to maintain our goal of 70% of employees taking paid leave per year.

③ Active promotion of female employees
