Promoting diversity

Everyone participates in toilet cleaning

All of our factories, both in Japan and overseas, clean the restrooms with the participation of everyone from management to employees. In some factories, the floors are so shiny and clean that you can lie down on them.

Recycling

Discarded plastic products are crushed and used as recycled resin materials, increasing the reuse rate.

Domestic: 61% + externally recycled: 29% = 90%

Overseas: 68% + externally recycled: 22% = 90%

Diversity

We maintain and improve flexible employment and a work environment that is easy for everyone to work in, including women, the elderly, people with disabilities, and foreigners.

◆Education for foreign trainees

We use tablets and monitors to provide easy-to-understand explanations to foreign trainees.

◆Employment of people with disabilities

Employees with qualifications such as job coaches (company-based workplace adaptation supporters), social workers, and mental health and welfare workers provide support to employees within the company. In addition, we also hold lectures on experience cases at external "employment seminars for people with disabilities."
